I was very surprised by the extensive range of work wear offered in this store. They have a good range of safety shoes in all sizes. But they don’t stock Cat brand shoes. They also stock lots of safety apparel. Overall, a good work wear store with lots of choice and lots of stock

Bought my new Bluesteel safety boots here this week. Initially went to their competitor up the road as they were closer to my work but their staff seemed very disinterested for some reason, came here the day after to see what they offered and both ladies who helped me there were amazing. The mananger even went over and above to get in the colour (dark brown) I wanted. Will be returning here for other needs for sure

Bought a pair of work boots from this store. Found staff to be super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, honest and not pushy at all.Not to mention good prices on quality items.Would definitely recommend this place.Thanks again

Outstanding Customer Service!Walked through the shop expecting the same level of customer service at Midland or Welshpool branches but surprisingly I met the best work team with 2 young girls & medium age lady who have a smile on the their faces the entire time & super friendly. The lady (medium age) with the dark short hair was extremely helpful and she offered beyond customer service representative can offer, trying to help me find the size of the shoes in different stores, even she mentioned the option to get the size from other stores on the Eastern states (normally in the other Resa shops I visited lately they say : sorry we don't have this size/end of the story). Tried to show me alternatives to the product as I couldn't find the size of shoes I was after. Unfortunately I couldn't get her name to mention her in this feedback!Thank u & keep the good work.Don't really know why this shop is so different than other Resa shops I visited before.......well.....it is the fabulous embloyees over there specially this lady!

Great, Fast & Friendly Service!!Order was requested through the customer service team for pickup first thing next day.. arrived as store opened (8am) where paperwork and goods were all ready and waiting behind the counter, staff were onto it!! Would defiantly recommend this team :)

Everything you buy here is absolute quality , i buy my shorts and T-shirts here they have a good range and it can be worn for everyday use and not just for work

Natalie and Tania (in your Malaga store) go above and beyond to ensure that the products I require are available. They always have the answers to my needs and if they don`t have the product in store they come up with an alternative or order it in for me.They are both so lovely, cheerful, warm and friendly and always greet me with a big smile, nothing is impossible for them. I thoroughly enjoy having to go to RSEA as these girls know how to put a smile on their customers faces, we need more people like Natalie and Tania good on you girls thank you so much for you friendly service.

Bought a pair of boots staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially a young lady called Natalie smiles all round. Service was number 1 would return any day of the week. She needs a promotion for her great expertise and vast knowledge . A high standard of professionalism Thanks..
