Hazel did a fine job serving me and my wife 2 days ago. She recommended bunch of stuff and I walk away with a pair of camper shoes worth $300. Comfy good shoes for arvo walks. good investment indeed!

Just like to thank Debbie for her amazing customer service - really helpful. Myself and my colleagues buy a lot of Birkenstocks with work, and I will be recommending they go to this store to get them. Debbie was unbelievable it came to customer service also while I was in the store I saw her interacting with multiple customers and was working very hard : 10 out of 10!

I live in Far North Queensland, so I purchased online. Just received my second order and I am extremely happy. I used the sizing guide and I haven't had an issue, perfect fit for both the kids and myself. Fast delivery and great service. It's great that now they accept the Zip Pay facility too! Very happy with my new FRANKiE4 boots - Kathy was so helpful, not just with the fit but also with advice about the style that would best suit. Impressive range of footwear and also great service.
